Lael has worked with clay for nearly 14 years. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Alberta University of the Arts. She has a studio and teaches wheel throwing at Workshop Studios in Calgary. She is extremely passionate about ceramics as a craft, and exploring her medium’s place in the world.
Besides her online shop, her work is available periodically at galleries, shows and markets both locally in Calgary and across North America.
